Humanoid robot battery packs for sale
Replacement packs, chargers, and power systems — the consumable every robot owner eventually needs.
Batteries are the one part guaranteed to need replacement: plan on noticeable degradation within 1–2 years of regular use. When buying secondhand packs, health percentage is the entire story — a pack at 85% of rated capacity is a fair deal at the right price; a pack of unknown health is a gamble. Ask the seller for a capacity test readout, cycle count if the BMS tracks it, and clear photos of the casing.
Voltage and connector must match your platform exactly, and the battery management system needs to speak your robot's protocol — a 48V pack with the wrong BMS handshake won't boot the machine. This is the one category where OEM packs are strongly preferred over third-party: wrong voltage or a missing communication protocol can damage the robot or worse.
Safety is non-negotiable. Never buy a swollen, punctured, or overheating pack at any price. Used lithium packs should ship at partial charge in proper packaging — if a seller wants to mail you a fully charged pack in a padded envelope, walk away.

Buying guide — FAQ
How do I know a used battery pack is still good?
Ask for a capacity test showing health percentage (85%+ is solid), cycle count, and photos of the casing. Reject anything swollen, dented, or of unknown history.
Can I use a third-party battery in my humanoid?
Sometimes, but batteries are the riskiest component to go third-party on. Voltage, connector, and BMS communication protocol must all match — OEM packs are strongly recommended.
How long do humanoid robot batteries last?
Expect 1–3 hours of active runtime per charge and roughly 500–1,000 cycles before noticeable degradation — about 1–2 years of regular use.
Is it safe to ship used lithium batteries?
Yes with proper hazmat packaging at partial charge. Never accept a damaged or swollen pack, and never put lithium batteries in household trash — recycle them.
